Jonathan Liang focuses on all kinds of Intellectual Property enforcement and transaction related matters in Mainland China. He also provides clients with effective enforcement strategies and legal opinion.

Jonathan has handled a variety of IP litigation, accumulating rich experience in IP enforcement litigation, especially trademark and patent infringement litigation, trade secret appropriation and unfair competition.

He has a technical background in the field of biochemistry, he passed the Chinese Bar in 1998 and Chinese Patent Bar in 2007, and obtained a LL.M. degree from Louisiana State University.
